The internet personality has been enjoying the summer's World Cup Tournament – but those late evenings often leave Barry and countless others nationwide waking up nursing a hangover. She's revealed some of the unconventional techniques she uses to bounce back after a big session, including dunking her head in a bowl of ice-cold water and listening to a rather unusual playlist.Discussing her post-party recovery routine, after the face-dunking ritual, Barry plays music containing frequencies allegedly designed to help her get through the day after a heavy night.Revealing her meticulously planned routine, Barry said: "What I do is I'll wake up and start the day by lying to myself I'm fine."Then I'll put on eye patches and dip my head in an ice-cold bowl of water. Two paracetamol, two ibuprofen, and I'm ready to attack the day. The world is my oyster."She added: "When I used to live in Nottingham, I'd have to get the train from Nottingham to London for work after a big night out."I'd have to listen to music on YouTube with frequencies that are supposed to help a sore head and hope it would help. And to be fair, on some of my darkest days, it did do something."Barry confessed she can sometimes take things a bit too far when enjoying herself, adding: "I tend to think I'm more sober than I actually am – even when I am pretty loose."Recalling a memorable night out, Barry detailed how an Ibiza outing ended with the Baggs brothers and Max Balegde hauling her from a fountain. She explained: "I was in Ibiza and we went to this restaurant with lots of meats, cheeses and wine. Let's just say I went a bit too heavy on the wine and too light on the meat."I ended up jumping into a fountain and nearly drowning. Thankfully I was rescued by my friends – including the Baggs brothers and Max Balegde."Then they had to carry me home – and to make things worse I dropped my phone in there. The next day I woke up looking like The Grudge. At least I was wearing a lovely pair of Hawaiian pyjamas, so every cloud has a silver lining."Barry said she's been 'loving' this summer's football action. To help other exhausted people recovering from those marathon late-night football sessions, she teamed up with Tropicana Hydrate+ to hand out refreshments across London.Regarding surviving the late nights caused by the inconvenient kick-off times, she urged fans to ensure they're getting sufficient sleep around the matches."I'd say make sure you sleep," she advised, "I've never understood it when people are like, 'We're going to have to ride it out.' I have never been a 'ride it out' person."You need to go to bed, and you need to lie to yourself the next day you went to bed at 9pm. Make sure you chuck away your Oura Ring as well, which will tell you you're going to suffer."Article continues belowBarry is still hopeful about England's chances of progressing further in the tournament. Asked whether they could go all the way and lift the trophy, she said: "God bless Harry Kane. A girl can dream!".
