The Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival has unveiled the nine full-length and 10 short films competing in its 22nd edition, which will run from August 6 to 18 across select cinemas in Metro Manila.The lineup for the 22nd edition of the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival has been revealed, with nine full-length films and 10 short films set to compete for this year's top prizes.

Cinemalaya 22 will run from August 6 to 18 under the theme "Reel Reflections," highlighting stories that explore the realities, aspirations, struggles, and triumphs that shape the Filipino experience.

The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) and the Cinemalaya Foundation, Inc. announced that Red Carpet Cinemas at Shangri-La Plaza will once again serve as the festival's main venue. Ayala Malls remains a partner venue, while Gateway Cineplex returns to host festival screenings.
