Photo by AHMAD AL-RUBAYE / AFP"In the initial response to this aggression, the naval and aerospace forces of the IRGC, through joint missile and drone operations, destroyed 85 major U.S. military installations in Port Salman, the U.S. Fifth Naval Base in Bahrain, and Kuwait's Ali Salem Airbase, and shot down an enemy MQ9 drone that attempted to interfere in the operation," the statement continued.On the other hand, several explosions were reported near Sirik County and Qeshm Island in the southern Iranian Hormozgan Province on Tuesday night.The U.S. military said it carried out strikes on Iran in response to attacks on cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz by the IRGC earlier.
