London, July 7: In the presence of leading surgeons and physicians, the Minister of Health laid the foundation stone of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine close to the British Museum. Major Ormsby Gore said that if Britain was to continue the trusteeship of her tropical possessions, she must be more up-to-date.
