With an unwavering partnership, Palestine has promised to strengthen its bilateral relationship with Zimbabwe, even as it faces a tumultuous period due to the conflict it is facing.
Both countries recently committed to bolstering cooperation in female empowerment, community development, and socio-economic development.
This commitment was formally disclosed during a meeting held in Harare yesterday between the Palestinian Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Tamer Almassri, and the Minister of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa.
“Zimbabwe is one of the pillars of international solidarity with the Palestinian people,” Tamer Almassri stated, as seen in The Herald.
During the meeting, Tamer Almassri noted that even now, Palestine is committed to boosting its bilateral relations with Zimbabwe by fostering closer collaboration between institutions and women’s organisations in the two countries, as seen on Newsday.
