Il colosso petrolifero britannico Shell ha annunciato oggi di aver raggiunto un accordo del valore di circa un miliardo di dollari per la cessione delle sue attività commerciali in Sudafrica all'Adnoc di Abu Dhabi, compagnia statale degli Emirati Arabi Uniti. (ANSA)
