CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Separate shooting incidents allegedly fueled by personal grudges occurred in two Bukidnon towns on Monday morning; there were no casualties, though, after one gunman missed his targets and another victim miraculously survived a bullet to the head.
The first incident involved a 46-year-old suspect who surrendered to the Don Carlos Municipal Police Station at 11:30 a.m., hours after firing at two farmworkers over an alleged land dispute.
