MANILA, Philippines — The prosecution in Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial has requested the issuance of subpoenas for the financial records of Vice President Sara Duterte and her husband, Manases Carpio.
The request by the House prosecution panel, specifically, subpoenas duces tecum requires the branch managers of the following banks to testify before the impeachment court:
BPI Julia Vargas Branch
BPI GreenHills Elsa Branch
