Since Verium’s investment in 2020, the Sequotech Group has grown significantly through both organic expansion and acquisitions, continuously strengthening its market position, according to a statement. The IT services specialist now comprises nine companies and employs more than 350 people. With Sagard Private Equity Solutions joining as an institutional investor, the group is entering its next phase of growth.
The continuation vehicle brings together existing and new investors. Its primary objective is to continue Sequotech’s successful buy-and-build strategy while supporting targeted strategic investments in organic growth and the further development of group-wide capabilities.
