The record was officially confirmed on Saturday, July 4, when Styles wrapped up the final performance in the Wembley Stadium series.The former One Direction member kicked off the residency on June 12, with the tour marking his fourth studio album Kiss All The Time. Initially billed as a six-night engagement, the tour's UK leg was overwhelmed by demand, resulting in six additional dates.The 12-show series saw Styles and his tour surpass the previous record of 10 Wembley Stadium performances, set by Coldplay during their Music Of The Spheres World Tour in 2025.After official confirmation, Styles and the entire tour crew received the certificate onstage at Wembley Stadium from official Guinness World Records adjudicator Will Munford.Official certificates were also distributed to members of the broader tour team in recognition of their involvement. We're delighted to officially recognise this achievement and celebrate another major title for Harry."When the residency was initially unveiled, it emerged that Styles was in contention to shatter records previously held by both Coldplay and his former girlfriend, Taylor Swift.He now holds the record for the most concerts by a solo artist in a single concert run in the stadium's history, surpassing the eight nights set by Swift in 2024. During the show on Saturday, the singer welcomed his older sister, Gemma, to the stage, where she spoke for a few minutes about how proud she was of him.In the speech, she began by admitting that the stage was "not somewhere I've ever wanted to be", adding: "But saying that, this is not a normal evening. My little brother is about to finish a record-breaking 12-night run. I am going to keep this pretty short."Addressing her brother, she said: "I think of you as a brother and uncle and best friend and seeing the incredible community that has formed around you is just indescribable.
