MANILA, Philippines — Amid efforts to unseal the container holding Vice President Sara Duterte and her husband’s tax records, its return from the Senate to the House prosecution team will be a “temporary setback.”
Robert Ace Barbers, impeachment prosecution panel adviser, expressed this view on Sunday.
