Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with French President Emmanuel Macron the coordination of diplomatic efforts to achieve peace, the situation on the front lines, and Ukraine’s need for additional air defense systems.
According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian president announced this on Telegram.
According to him, Macron has been briefed on the current diplomatic prospects.
“It is important that every step we take in negotiations, in putting pressure on Russia, and in bringing peace closer be as well-prepared and coordinated with our key partners as possible,” he emphasized.
Zelensky stressed that Europe must be involved in the diplomatic process.
