Marking its silver jubilee, the Visvas Promoters, a reputed builder in Madurai, released its new logo, announced new housing projects and honoured its employees at a function held here on Sunday.Stating with pride to have delivered over 4,000 homes to the owners in the last two decades, Visvas Managing Director Sankara Seetharaman said that they would continue to improve their standards in all aspects in tune with rapid changes taking place in technology and development in the sector.Without compromising on quality, the company had established an exclusive space in the housing segment, especially in building gated community villas and residential apartments over the years despite challenging times in the markets, he added.Celebrating the silver jubilee for two days, on July 4, a new logo for the Visvas Promoters was released by Thanga Mayil Jewellery Joint Managing Director Ba Ramesh.Renowned Upanyasakar Dhushyanth Sridhar delivered a discourse. Visvas Promoters Director Padmalakshmi lit the traditional lamp. Chief Executive Officer Srikumar Swaminathan welcomed the gathering.A short video from the residents and owners, who had purchased properties from Visvas Promoters, was screened.Many of them appreciated Mr. Seetharaman and his team of executives for their commitment, promptness and quality.On Sunday, a pattimandram was organised, moderated by noted Tamil scholar Solomon Pappiah.
