The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has accused Governor Ademola Adeleke of allegedly harbouring wanted criminals in the Government House, describing his response to the allegation during the visit of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Olatunji Disu, as evasive.
In a press statement issued on Saturday and signed by the party's Director of Media and Information, Mogaji Kola Olabisi, the APC said that the allegation was raised during the IGP's meeting with stakeholders ahead of the August 15, 2026 governorship election in the state.
According to the party, Governor Adeleke denied keeping any wanted persons in the Government House and maintained that anyone found violating the law, including members of his family, should be arrested and prosecuted.
