MOSCOW, July 5. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump discussed the settlement in Ukraine during their telephone conversation, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.
"The presidents, certainly, raised the topic of the Ukrainian settlement, including with consideration of the forthcoming participation of Donald Trump in the NATO summit in Turkey on July 7-8," the diplomat said.
"The US President again confirmed readiness to facilitate the soonest possible cessation of hostilities and the search for peaceful solutions to overcome the crisis," Ushakov stressed.
