"I personally find that doing circular motions helps," she noted. For anyone with a fixed shower head that can't reach the screen, she suggested using a bucket or bottle of water for the rinsing stage. She demonstrated this by tipping water over the top edge of the screen, allowing it to cascade down just like the shower itself.Next, she used a squeegee to remove "as much of that water off" as she could. To achieve that flawless shine, she recommended drying with a microfibre towel. For additional sparkle, she prefers to "use Windex or a homemade glass cleaner along with a glass cloth". You're advised to spray it both inside and outside the screen, then buff it up with a glass cloth. The end result, apparently, is "no soap scum, no smudge marks", just "an extremely clean glass panel". The professional cleaner advised: "You can also shine up those metal parts with some steel cleaner."Why is it a good idea to use natural cleaning products?Chemical-free cleaning products have soared in popularity owing to the fact they are generally far safer for both your health and the environment.Conventional cleaning products can harbour harsh chemicals that trigger skin irritation, breathing difficulties, and a range of other health complaints — particularly for those with allergies or sensitivities.By contrast, chemical-free alternatives rely on natural ingredients such as vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, or plant-based extracts, which are far less likely to cause unwanted reactions. What's more, these products are biodegradable and considerably less likely to contaminate water sources or pose a threat to wildlife. Many households also favour chemical-free cleaners because they reduce the risk of toxic residues being left on surfaces, making them a far safer option in homes with young children or pets.Article continues belowAll things considered, chemical-free cleaning products provide an effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cleaners, helping to create a healthier home and a cleaner planet.
