Ish Prahladh, President of the eThekwini Ratepayers and Residents Association, said the Cabinet was unnecessarily large and was a taxpayers nightmare.

He said limiting it to 15 will definitely ease the burden of the taxpayer, not 20."

Prahladh questioned the extensive benefits enjoyed by ministers.
