The leader of the United Nigerian Americans Council in Maryland, United States, Mrs Chris Ademiluyi, has congratulated Nigerians in the group for winning their respective primary elections.
She expressed gratitude to those who responded to the call to serve the community with courage and dedication.
In a statement made available to Diaspora Tales this week, Ademiluyi also commended members of the council for supporting candidates of Nigerian descent.
“Congratulations to all our candidates. We deeply appreciate each of you for answering God’s call to lead, serve and represent our community with courage and dedication. Thank you for your generous support of our Nigerian-American candidates, whether through financial contributions, physical presence, encouragement, service or prayers,” she said.
