Online services of the Electronic Single Social Security Entity (e-EFKA) will be temporarily unavailable from 2 pm on Tuesday, July 7, to 11 am on Monday, July 13, the authority said on Thursday.
The disruption in services relates to scheduled upgrades to the subsystem of “Insurance – Contributions for the Self-Employed Insured Within e-EFKA.”
Services affected include the self-employed contributions pages, the application for the refund of overpaid contributions, a statement of contributions paid (for tax purposes), and registration or change of activity procedures, among others.
E-EFKA also said that on the “Dashboard of Citizens – myEFKA,” updates to insurance contributions will not be displayed.
For any emergency needs during that offline period, citizens can address their queries to their local e-EFKA office.
