What if plants could pack their bags, leave the city behind, and search for a better place to live?
That’s the fun idea behind Escape Plant, ARTHALAND’s latest digital film for Sevina Park. Light-hearted, charming, and filled with humor, the film follows a group of plants as they embark on a journey away from the congestion, smog, and hustle of city living in search of a place where they can truly thrive.
Their journey leads them to Sevina Park, ARTHALAND’s 8.1-hectare masterplanned mixed-use development in Biñan, Laguna, where each plant finds its own place to grow, from open spaces and shared garden courtyards to a sunlit home of its own. The story ends on a heartwarming note, one that brings the whole journey full circle. To see where the plants’ journey leads, watch Escape Plant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWXW9Zt4eEE
“Through storytelling, we’re able to show the feeling of living in Sevina Park in a way that’s engaging, memorable, and relatable. The film is fun and playful, but it also highlights what makes the community special,” said Pamela S. Go, Head of Marketing Group of ARTHALAND.
Beyond its entertaining storyline, Escape Plant offers a glimpse into life at Sevina Park, a community where nature, sustainability, and wellness come together. The estate is the first and only development in Southeast Asia to achieve Platinum certification in both LEED for Neighborhood Development and LEED for Homes categories, while also earning a five-star rating from BERDE, reflecting its commitment to environmentally responsible design and construction.
