New AI video posted by US President Donald TrumpUS President Donald Trump on Friday shared an AI-generated video portraying himself as a doctor prescribing a tongue-in-cheek "treatment" for what he calls "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS).In the 90-second AI-generated clip shared on Truth Social, Trump appears dressed in a white doctor's coat, introduces himself as "Dr. Trump", and presents a satirical cure for the supposed condition."Have you or someone you know been diagnosed with TDS? The symptoms can be relentless. Fortunately, I'm Dr. Trump, and I have a treatment plan. Let's hear what some of my patients have to say," Trump says in the clip."The treatment is simple. Turn off fake news. Say your prayers. And if you ever feel anxious, just have a Diet Coke like me, and you're going to see a remarkable difference in your life," he adds. The video also features AI-generated versions of several well-known figures who have publicly criticised Trump and his policies. These include television personalities Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell, along with actors Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts, Edward Norton and John Leguizamo, all seemingly endorsing the fictional treatment. One of the "patients" says: "I have been suffering for over a decade. And after listening to Dr. Trump, I can see some results. Man, I've been suffering for years."This latest post adds to a growing series of AI-generated images and videos shared by Trump over the past few months.Several of these posts have sparked widespread discussion, including a manipulated image depicting the US president alongside a holy figure during his public disagreement with Pope Leo XIV.Following criticism, that particular image was removed from the platform. However, Trump later shared another AI-generated image showing himself embracing the spiritual leader in front of the Star-Spangled Banner.
