The settlement of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region was hit by Russian guided aerial bombs on Thursday, July 2. One person was killed in the attack, and there were injured.

The head of the Shevchenkove community, Serhii Starikov, stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, at around 09:00, Shevchenkove came under another KAB strike. As a result of the bombing, buildings of a private household were damaged, one person was killed, one suffered severe injuries, and three experienced acute stress reaction," the statement said.

According to Starikov, attack drones also targeted the villages of Spodobivka and Petrivka.

"In the morning, an FPV drone attacked a shop in Spodobivka. In Petrivka, the building of a kindergarten was damaged," the community head noted.
