Kyiv has declared 3 July a Day of Mourning for those who were killed in Russia's attack on the capital on the night of 1-2 July. This attack killed at least 13 people.

Details: According to Klitschko, flags will be flown at half-mast on all municipal buildings across the city. The city authorities have also recommended that state flags be lowered on government and privately owned buildings.
