MANILA, Philippines — The traffic situation along the Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa)-White Plains Avenue area has returned to normal on Thursday, July 2, after the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC)-led rally moved to the Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila.
All northbound lanes of Edsa from Ortigas Avenue to Bonny Serrano Avenue; all westbound and eastbound lanes of White Plains Avenue; and the Edsa-Ortigas Avenue northbound service road are now fully passable as of 8:30 a.m.
Only a few chairs, industrial fans, tents and portalets remained along White Plains Avenue and around the People Power Monument, while no vehicles were seen parked along Edsa-Ortigas.FEATURED STORIES
