MANILA, Philippines — The rally mounted by the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) at the Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa)-White Plains Avenue area in Quezon City entered its second day on Wednesday, July 1.
At least 4,000 participants so far were in the area as of 5 a.m., according to the Quezon City Police District’s (QCPD) latest crowd estimate in a text message to reporters.
Some of the participants camped out in their vehicles, in tents and on their mats through Monday night.
