RELIGIOUS leaders in Durban have come together to foster tolerance and understanding following Pastor Mervin Naidu's controversial remarks about Hindu prayers during a sermon.
This initiative aims to promote interfaith dialogue and prevent future incidents of religious intolerance.
Naidu, Cornerstone Ministries in Chatsworth, sparked outrage after he asked his congregation to pray over food from Hindu prayers to kill the ‘demons’
A video of his sermon went viral on social media earlier this month.
