Two teenagers, one of whom is a minor and believed to be behind the attack on three DA MPs nearly a year ago in Philippi East, are set to possibly enter a plea agreement with the State.
Lisolethu Klaas,18, and his co-accused, a 16-year-old boy who cannot be identified, made an appearance in the Wynberg Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, where they are facing charges of attempted hijacking and attempted murder.
The social worker’s report, which will pave the way for both verdict and sentencing proceedings, was handed to the court.
