My seven-year-old son Xavi went to a friend’s for a play date recently and I tagged along because I really like the other mum. I couldn’t believe how relaxed it was: the boys were calm, I was calm, their whole home was calm. She was playing sound-healing meditation music by Chantress Seba and it proved to be the perfect environment for play.
