With its coupe/ crossover design, the Suzuki Fronx is a fantastic option for young families, city slickers and older people looking for a solid, no-fuss option.
Whenever I see someone behind the wheel of a Suzuki, it gives me some pleasure to know that it’s a person who understands what reliability and value for money are about without being swayed by the noise out there regarding alternatives.
The Japanese carmaker, although the majority of its products are sourced from India, has carved itself an impressive niche in the South African market, having virtually secured a constant second place on the sales charts.
The Fronx is very much part of that mix, and having spent a week with the range-topping GLX AT, it’s understandable that people would put their hard-earned money behind it.
At the Fronx’s price point (R303 900 to R372 900), it doesn't often happen that design is a talking point.
