Access to care is a challenge oftentimes for some of these less common diseases. So mantle cell lymphoma, for instance, represents only about eight percent of non-Hodgkin lymphomas, and in a general community practice might not encounter newly diagnosed or relapsed mantle cell lymphoma with a high degree of frequency. Because there can be a wide range of clinical presentations and, disease severity, I think that it's really important to at least consult with a specialist when approaching a mantle cell patient at the time of diagnosis, both that time as well as in relapse. Doesn't necessarily mean that the patient has to travel to a referral center, although that may be an option in certain geographic settings.
