The inclination to continuously adapt to emerging technologies will be one of the greatest strengths for students, the President of India, Droupadi Murmu said.Speaking at the first convocation ceremony of Central University of Andhra Pradesh at Ananthapuramu on Wednesday, the President said technological advancements were transforming every sector. In such a rapidly changing world, learning could not be and should not end with acquiring a degree.The inclination to continuously adapt to emerging technologies will be one of the greatest strengths for students, she said and advised them to cultivate the courage to explore new ideas and acquire new knowledge.Internalising ethical values will be of great help for them. Honesty, compassion, empathy and respect for nature were not only lofty moral ideals but also the foundation of holistic development. These qualities will enable them to enrich their lives and contribute meaningfully to society and the nation, Murmu said.
