MANILA, Philippines — Ombudsman Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla on Wednesday said “nothing has changed” when it comes to the Office of the Ombudsman’s plan to file plunder charges against Sen. Rodante Marcoleta this week.

Remulla said this during an ambush interview in Pasay City when asked about the consecutive rallies being held by members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) in support of Marcoleta.
