Police may tow INC buses if they remain on Edsa, NCRPO says

MANILA, Philippines — National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) director Maj. Gen. Anthony Aberin asked the organizers of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC)-led rally in Quezon City to back their buses up into White Plains Avenue to further clear the northbound lanes of Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa).

“[Quezon City Police District director Brig. Gen. Randy Glenn Silvio] is just waiting for the person holding the key because, yesterday, the key was removed. So, let’s wait. And if they don’t leave, we will talk again with them,” Aberin told reporters at the People Power Monument on Wednesday morning.
