MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is now only on heightened alert, down from its full alert status, after the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) rally ended.
In a text message to the Inquirer, NCRPO spokesperson Maj. Hazel Asilo said the heightened alert status was effective starting 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 3.
