The Lagos State Government has organised a four-day capacity-building programme for staff of the Office of the State Auditor-General as part of efforts to improve productivity, efficiency and public service delivery.

The training, organised in collaboration with Bold Perception Consult, was held at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Conference and Exhibition Centre from June 22 to 25.

According to the state government, the programme was designed to strengthen the skills and competencies of officers across different grade levels, enhancing their effectiveness in the workplace.

The training was conducted in two phases. The first session, held on June 22 and 23, was for officers on Grade Levels 01 to 07 under the theme “Empowering the Backbone of Our Organisation.”

The second session, held on June 24 and 25, targeted officers on Grade Levels 08 to 12 with the theme “Enhancing Productivity and Efficiency in the Workplace.”
