The Agency for Reconstruction and Siemens Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 to promote the development of modern, resilient critical infrastructure.
The State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine reported the agreement, according to Ukrinform.
“Today the Agency for Reconstruction is implementing a project to build a decentralized heating system at one of the facilities in Kyiv. In such projects, Siemens equipment and automation systems can help make solutions more reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective for the state budget,” said Head of the Agency for Reconstruction Serhiy Sukhomlyn.
