Dundee FC centre-back Luke Graham is heading to Stoke City in a deal worth £2 million, with the fee potentially rising through add-ons. Graham, who turned 22 in February, has one year remaining on his Dundee contract.
Stoke weren’t the only club circling. Portsmouth also submitted a seven-figure bid in recent days, creating competition that likely helped Dundee push the price toward the £2 million mark. Earlier in the season, Rangers had shown interest and were reportedly preparing a formal offer of their own before the situation shifted toward English suitors.
Graham’s Transfermarkt market value sits at approximately €2 million, which lines up neatly with the reported fee.
Why Graham’s rise has been so rapid
Standing at 1.92 meters tall, Graham has the physical profile that Championship managers covet in a centre-back. Graham earned the Players’ Player of the Year award at Dundee for the 2025/26 season, voted on by teammates.
