June 30 (UPI) -- Universal Pictures Home Entertainment announced Tuesday that Obsession is now available to rent or own on digital video-on-demand. DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD will be available July 14.
Obsession is still drawing audiences to theaters, having grossed over $230 million in North America and over $371 million worldwide. Its first month grosses in May earned more week over week, growing the audience.
Curry Barker wrote and directed Obsession. It stars Michael Johnston as Bear, a shy man who wishes his friend Nikki (Inde Navarrette) would love him.
His wish comes true with horrifying results as Nikki becomes obsessed with Bear and won't let him out of her sight. Megan Lawless and Cooper Tomlinson play their friends who work together at a music shop.
