The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) raked in ₹231.65 crore by way of auction of plots in phase-3 of its Mokila layout on Tuesday.All 100 residential plots put up for auction in the third phase were sold. The highest bid recorded was ₹1,09,500 per square yard, while the average bid stood at ₹75,640 per square yard, a statement from HMDA informed.
