Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation has auctioned 15 open plots measuring between 260 square yards to 300 square yards, in Kurmulaguda near Thukkuguda of Rangareddy district, for ₹9.6 crore. While the offset price was ₹20,000, each square yard attracted between ₹21,500 to ₹28,500 during the auction held on Monday, August 4. A total of 34 people participated in the bidding.
Besides this, 68 open plots in Bahadurpally of Medchal-Malkajgiri will be auctioned on Tuesday, August 5 and the plots (200-500 square yards) in Thorrur of Rangareddy on Wednesday, as per a press release.
