The deal to supply wafer pod cleaning gear is its launch into the global market, a major step for companies looking to expand beyond Taiwan

Asia Neo Tech Industrial Co (ANT, 科嶠工業) said it has secured a licensing agreement with Brooks Automation Inc to supply wafer pod cleaning equipment and related technologies for a one-time licensing fee of US$16 million and subsequent royalties.According to the agreement, ANT would supply front-opening unified pod (FOUP) cleaning equipment and license related technologies to Brooks Automation, headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.The agreemnt has a 15-year term.
