South Korea and Ukraine held “constructive” talks Tuesday about the fate of two North Korean soldiers captured while fighting in Russia, Seoul said Tuesday.
South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun and Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha discussed the matter during talks in Seoul.
