The 48 year old presenter started dating Rebecca Mason in 2024, only months after he and his wife of more than 10 years separated.‌Rebecca often appears on Morning Live to comment on crime and offer advice to the public, as she is a police detective who specialises in online romance fraud and scams.‌She has also appeared in other programmes, such as the BBC documentary series Ill Gotten Gains, where Rebecca appeared as herself. Rav also worked on this 2020 series, as he was the host that followed regional organised crime units as they took down criminals at auctions.‌Ill Gotten Gains was where they first met. At the time, Rav was still with his ex-wife Jill Morgan, who was pregnant with their daughter Poppy. Four years later, Rav announced that he and Jill had split after 12 years together. The romance with Rebecca started shortly after.A source has now told the Sun that Rav's workplace romance has come to an end. They said: “Rav and Rebecca decided to amicably end their relationship a little while ago. There’s no bad blood and they kept things civil, things had just run their course and they felt it was the right decision.”‌The source added that they were keeping things "professional at work" and that colleagues are "sad to see them split". Adding fuel to the split rumours, pictures of Rebecca no longer appear on Rav's Instagram, though he does still follow her. Her Instagram is set to private.‌Rav has been in a few high profile relationships. His engagement to Top Gear producer Jill happened in 2012 only seven months after they started dating, and they later got married in May 2017 in Barbados. Before that, he was dating Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton, but the pair broke up after a public row in 2011.At the time of his separation from Jill, he wrote a short message, confirming. "For those asking questions myself and Jill amicably separated last year. Our focus is co-parenting our hugely loved and beautiful daughter."Rav has also made headlines for his frank discussion of his dyspraxia. He revealed on Morning Live that he is dyslexic, dyspraxic and also had been diagnosed by Simon Baron-Cohen as autistic in a film broadcast on the subject.Article continues belowSpeaking to the Press Association, Rav revealed: "I've got this thing called dyspraxia, so I have a hand-eye co-ordination disorder. I'm dyslexic as well, but dyspraxia is kind of like dyslexia with your hands." He continued: "My brain just does not work that way. And the only way I can do anything is if I can see it, visualise it, literally see it with my eyes, what I am supposed to do... It's just the way my brain works.
