BC.Game Esports is setting its sights on Emil “Magisk” Reif, the Danish Counter-Strike veteran who has hoisted four Major trophies over the course of his career. If the move materializes, it would place one of the most decorated riflers in CS history alongside s1mple and electroNic on a roster bankrolled by a crypto casino.
What we know so far
Magisk’s Major wins span some of the most iconic tournaments in Counter-Strike history: London 2018, Katowice 2019, Berlin 2019, and Paris 2023. All four came during his tenure with Astralis. Finding a player with that kind of pedigree on the free agent market is rare, and BC.Game appears to be moving aggressively to capitalize.
The organization teased the potential signing through a social media post in June 2026, openly soliciting fan reactions to the idea of Magisk joining the squad. CEO Ali Muhanned, known as Ako, reportedly addressed the speculation during a live stream, further stoking interest. Part of the social media speculation also touched on whether electroNic would take over the in-game leader role, suggesting the team is contemplating structural changes beyond just adding firepower.
BC.Game Esports’ current roster heading into this potential shakeup includes s1mple, electroNic, and Senzu, with former Polish legend TaZ serving as coach.
