Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, the head of the Judiciary, announced in a message addressed to Mojtaba Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, that he and all branches of the judicial system consider themselves “obligated to the precise, swift, and uncompromising execution of your mandatory decrees.”

In this message, issued in response to the Supreme Leader’s address on the occasion of Judiciary Week, Mohseni-Ejei wrote that this week’s ceremonies were accompanied by the “luminous and guiding message” of Mojtaba Khamenei. He emphasized that the Judiciary’s new programs to fulfill the “wishes” of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic will be drafted and implemented with urgency.

The head of the Judiciary also noted that the Supreme Leader’s level of expectation from the judicial apparatus has been set in accordance with the “needs of the Islamic Republic system,” to achieve a judiciary “befitting the sovereignty of Islamic Sharia.”

Referring to the transformation plans within the judicial apparatus, he further promised that structural reforms, changes in appointments, the development of electronic infrastructure, the reduction of case processing times, and the swift execution of verdicts would not be halted, even under crisis conditions.
