Loose Women will be extended this week as Kaye Adams detailed the change14:06, 29 Jun 2026It appears that Loose Women is set for a shake-up over the coming days.The ITV programme airs for 30 weeks of the year, having previously been scaled back from a 52-week run, broadcasting from 12:30pm until 1:30pm following This Morning.However, from Monday (June 29), the show will be extended by an additional 15 minutes each day, which will remain the case throughout the rest of the week, with the exception of Thursday (July 2).Panellist Kaye Adams revealed the change during the most recent episode of the programme, telling viewers: "We're with you for a bit longer today, our own extra time due to the World Cup."Kaye then outlined what viewers could look forward to from the extended shows, saying: "So all this week, in our series, Sort Out Your Summer, we're delving into some of your favourite topics. We've got experts on everything, from the royals to finance and health to skincare.""Today we are joined by presenter Laura Whitmore, who, herself, has become a bit of an expert on her favourite subject, and it has to be said, Denise's (Welch) favourite subject, true crime."However, before the ITV stars got round to chatting with Laura about her podcast with husband Iain Stirling, they paused to acknowledge the newest arrival to her family, reports OK!.Kaye remarked: "Well done on getting out of the house, baby is only a month old?"Laura responded: "I know, even looking at that clip, we pre-recorded quite a lot of the podcast, I think I'm nine months pregnant there!"So it's funny, I forgot what life is like out. It's been lovely so far. You get that guilt, and it's the first time away. I'm a little bit tired, I'm not going to lie!".The presenter revealed to the Loose Women panel that with her second baby, they'd already established something of a routine beforehand with their eldest, who's four years old.When quizzed about how her oldest is adjusting to having a younger sibling, Laura responded: "She's amazing, it's quite helpful because sometimes I can't reach down and pick up things, they do!".Article continues below"Basically, I have a mini PA who is helping me out. I just don't have to pay her, it's great!".Laura and her husband Iain welcomed their second child in May, as she shared the news across social media. Posting an adorable photograph of her baby's hand, Laura described the arrival as 'unexpectedly early and with dramatic flair'.Loose Women is available to watch weekdays on ITV from 12:30pm
