INERA Crop Science and CropNXT Solutions have entered into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnership to combine INERA’s science-led biological agri-input portfolio with CropNXT’s distribution and value-chain strength across key agricultural markets in India.A media statement said that the partnership is projected to unlock a business potential of around ₹500 crore, reflecting the significant market opportunity for science-led biological agricultural solutions across India.Over the course of the partnership, INERA and CropNXT aim to reach more than 65 lakh farmers through a network of over 5,000 channel partners and retail outlets, while expanding the adoption of biological agri-inputs across approximately 20 lakh acres of cultivated land.Designed support solutionsThe statement said that INERA brings solutions designed to support healthier soils, stronger crops, better input efficiency and more resilient farming systems. CropNXT brings the regional reach, retailer relationships and farmer-market connectivity needed to take these solutions deeper into agricultural communities across East India.Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Odisha have been identified as priority markets due to their large agricultural base, extensive cultivation of paddy, maize and vegetables, and the growing need for resource-efficient farming solutions that can improve productivity while supporting long-term soil and environmental health.Quoting Agam Khare, Founder, INERA Crop Science, the statement said climate change is already visible in the fields of Indian smallholder farmers through heat stress, pest pressure and rising input costs.“At INERA, we believe science-led biological solutions can help make farming more profitable, more resilient and more regenerative.
