Five people were found inside the vehicle by emergency services, including four children and a man.‌All occupants had suffered serious burns and were taken to hospital for treatment. A man aged 43 and an eight-year-old girl suffered life-threatening injuries.‌The three other children are thought to have life-changing injuries. West Yorkshire Police said that, while an investigation is ongoing, there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances involved.Yorkshire Live reports that the incident near Huddersfield was the result of a gas cannister explosion inside a tipper truck.
