MANILA, Philippines – Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume flights to Dubai in October, restoring one of its key Middle East routes after nearly three months of disruption caused by the conflict involving the United States, Israel and Iran.
In an advisory on Monday, the Lucio Tan-led flag carrier said it would restart its Manila-Dubai service on Oct. 2.

The airline, however, does not expect to restore the route to full capacity immediately. Instead, it said it would “progressively increase frequencies back to daily service as operational considerations allow.”
