12 days agoPresident Donald Trump renewed threats on Iran as the U.S. military and Iran carried out strikes that did little to de-escalate tensions in the Middle East.Late Saturday, Trump said U.S. aircraft had struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar sites in retaliation for violating the cease fire. Early Sunday, Iran began drone and missile strikes toward Bahrain and Kuwait, which said they had intercepted them. Meanwhile, there were reports of fighting in Lebanon.Trump's message, posted to his social media platform Saturday evening, suggested a growing impatience with the peace process, as talks toward a permanent agreement were ongoing.
